车来车往的“小巴黎”中，从远处便被粗犷中夹带神秘感的建筑吸引。踏入里头才知道这是间高级泰式料理休闲餐厅，耗资百万且由4间店面打通的「Gravity by Cafe de Flore」每一隅角落都伴随惊喜。掀开布帘，浮现在眼前的是中古与奢华气息兼具的空间，融合包围用餐区的街头涂鸦壁画，看似粗暴不羁中有着一抹优雅，颇有种地下俱乐部的氛围。而随处可见的复古装饰如钢琴、大提琴、书籍、绘画和天然绿植，让人按耐不住拿起手机打卡拍照！
由 Cafe de Flore 团队用心打造，从严选高级食材上到烹饪煮法都格外讲究，推出多达60种菜色选择，像是泰式海鲜东炎汤、招牌黄梨炒饭、特色黄咖喱肉蟹、班兰叶香煎鸡扒、鸡腿青咖喱意大利面等。高级泰式料理休闲餐厅确属在新山十分少见。在这里来杯红酒小酌，享受美食飨宴之际，午间12pm至2pm和晚间6pm至8pm都有钢琴演奏；而8pm至11pm则有驻唱演出，细听悦耳钢琴音乐也能感受惬意热闹气氛。

Good enviroment and very nice place for a restaurant.A unique setup and decorations make this place diffrent than others places such as gravity art on the wall,antique furniture and also music instruments.This place also have a live music session that rarely found at other places such as pianist performance.The food was delicious and most important part it is affordable for anyone.For those who really love seafood im highly recommend this place cause the seafood here was nice> Overall ill give this place 10/10 for the services,enviroment and the food
