年龄渐长,新陈代谢渐慢,而这家在 Setia Indah 店铺三楼的「Melinda Bounce Fitness」就主打弹跳床健身操。不说你不知,弹跳床健身操能够加强核心与臀部深层肌肉、增强肌耐力、刺激淋巴系统和加强平衡与身体协调性等,而且讲究使用髋部力量而非用腿跳。它的门槛非常低,无论是运动小白、体重较重、年长者或膝盖有轻微问题都可进行。

随着现场灯光调暗,指导老师开启五彩灯和强劲音乐,现场立刻进入放松欢愉的运动气氛。在轻轻弹跳作为热身后,就进入正式运动环节:深蹲、击拳、高抬腿、后踢腿等,这些大幅度且全身性的动作将借助弹跳床的弹力以降低动作难度,让人不知不觉消耗更多热量。即使只是简单弹跳,小编也能感受到全身肌肉都在活动。

此外,老师还会加入哑铃及弹力带元素动作,让每次上课的运动更多元全面。同时在有氧运动结束后,老师也会教导拉伸重要性,让大家缓解肌肉的酸痛感。一堂将近1小时的课下来,已是汗流浃背、气喘吁吁。
